YÊU CẦU XÓA TÀI KHOẢN VÀ DỮ LIỆU – ỨNG DỤNG GIAO HÀNG KHO MỘC

Trang này hướng dẫn người dùng Ứng dụng Giao Hàng Kho Mộc gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản hoặc dữ liệu liên quan do CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN HAPPYCO quản lý.

1. Cách gửi yêu cầu

Gửi email tới Email: happycojsc.dev@gmail.com

hoặc liên hệ 0333 562 803 / 0251 398 0924 với tiêu đề hoặc nội dung “Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu Giao Hàng Kho Mộc”.

Vui lòng cung cấp:

- Họ và tên.

- Số điện thoại dùng để đăng nhập.

- Vai trò hoặc bộ phận làm việc.

- Nội dung muốn xóa: tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân, ảnh, lịch sử vị trí hoặc loại dữ liệu cụ thể.

- Khoảng thời gian hoặc mã chuyến liên quan, nếu có.

- Số điện thoại hoặc phương thức để HAPPYCO phản hồi.

Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã xác thực.

2. Xác minh danh tính

Để bảo vệ người dùng và dữ liệu vận hành, HAPPYCO có thể yêu cầu xác minh qua số điện thoại đã đăng ký, quản lý trực tiếp hoặc thông tin liên quan đến tài khoản. Yêu cầu chỉ được xử lý sau khi danh tính và quyền yêu cầu được xác minh hợp lý.

3. Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý

Tùy theo yêu cầu hợp lệ và nghĩa vụ áp dụng, HAPPYCO có thể xóa hoặc ẩn danh:

- Thông tin tài khoản và thông tin liên hệ của nhân viên.

- Lịch sử GPS và hành trình gắn với tài khoản.

- Ảnh hàng hóa, ảnh bằng chứng và dữ liệu vị trí/thời gian liên quan.

- ODO, nhiên liệu, ghi chú và dữ liệu vận hành gắn với cá nhân.

- Nhật ký kỹ thuật hoặc dữ liệu hỗ trợ có thể liên kết với người dùng.

4. Dữ liệu có thể phải tiếp tục lưu

Một số dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại trong phạm vi cần thiết để tuân thủ pháp luật, kế toán, phòng chống gian lận, bảo vệ hàng hóa, giải quyết khiếu nại hoặc tranh chấp, và bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp của HAPPYCO, khách hàng, nhân viên hoặc bên liên quan. Khi có thể, dữ liệu được giữ lại sẽ bị hạn chế truy cập hoặc tách khỏi việc sử dụng thông thường.

Việc vô hiệu hóa hoặc xóa tài khoản có thể khiến người dùng không thể tiếp tục sử dụng Ứng dụng. Nếu tài khoản do công ty cấp để thực hiện công việc, HAPPYCO có thể cần xác nhận với quản lý hoặc bộ phận phụ trách trước khi hoàn tất.

5. Phản hồi yêu cầu

HAPPYCO sẽ xác nhận đã nhận yêu cầu qua thông tin liên hệ được cung cấp, kiểm tra danh tính và thông báo phạm vi xử lý, dữ liệu cần giữ lại (nếu có) và thời gian dự kiến hoàn thành. Thời gian có thể thay đổi theo mức độ phức tạp và yêu cầu pháp lý.

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUEST – KHO MOC DELIVERY APP

This page explains how users of the Giao Hàng Kho Mộc application may request deletion of an account or associated data managed by HAPPYCO JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

1. How to submit a request

or contact +84 333 562 803 / +84 251 398 0924 and state “Giao Hàng Kho Mộc data deletion request.”

Provide your full name, login phone number, role or department, the data you want deleted, relevant date range or trip ID where available, and a phone number or method for HAPPYCO to respond. Do not send your password or verification code.

2. Identity verification

To protect users and operational data, HAPPYCO may verify the request through the registered phone number, direct manager, or information associated with the account. A request will be processed only after identity and authority are reasonably verified.

3. Data that may be deleted or anonymized

Subject to a valid request and applicable obligations, HAPPYCO may delete or anonymize employee account and contact information; GPS and route history associated with the account; cargo and proof photos and related time or location data; odometer, fuel, notes, and operational information linked to the individual; and technical or support records that can be associated with the user.

4. Data that may need to be retained

Some information may be retained to the extent required for legal or accounting compliance, fraud prevention, protection of goods, complaint or dispute resolution, and protection of legitimate interests of HAPPYCO, customers, employees, or other parties. Where practical, retained data will have restricted access or be separated from ordinary use.

Disabling or deleting an account may prevent further use of the App. Where an account is issued by the company for work, HAPPYCO may need confirmation from management or the responsible department before completion.

5. Response to a request

HAPPYCO will acknowledge the request using the supplied contact information, verify identity, and explain the scope of processing, any information that must be retained, and the expected completion time. Timing may vary depending on complexity and legal requirements.
